01
Feed automation installation
We install the complete infrastructure that links the mixer scale to the management system: scale, load cells, cabling, indicator and integration with the software the operation already runs.
We work with every TMR mixer used in feedlots, regardless of manufacturer — and with stationary mixers as well.

02
Batch box automation
The mixer truck stops waiting to be loaded. While it is delivering at the bunk, the loader operator is already filling the batch box with the ingredients for the next batch.
The automation records every ingredient loaded, and the same panel can serve up to two boxes.

03
Mixer scale calibration
Every 3 months is the right interval. The service covers setup for the load cell model in use, data transmission speed matched to the mixer type, and verification against a known reference weight.
You do not need to buy a certified test weight — verification can be done with what the feedlot already has in stock.

04
Field service
Scale that will not zero, drifting readings, indicator that will not power up, inconsistent weights between loads. We handle the problem where it happens: at the feedlot, with the mixer sitting idle.
Checks on load cell, cabling, connectors and mounting.

05
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled checks before the problem shows up. In a feedlot, a scale down in the middle of feeding costs more than any planned maintenance.
Aligned with the 3-month calibration cycle.
