Feed automation that delivers the right weight at the bunk

When the mixer scale drifts, the formulated ration stops being the ration actually delivered — and cost of gain climbs without anyone noticing. We design, supply and install the equipment that keeps the weight reliable.

What we do

From equipment to a working operation

Three fronts that complete each other: the equipment that weighs, the structure that connects, and the crew that keeps it running in the field.

01

Digi-Star scales and accessories

Digi-Star (Digistar) scales for TMR mixers, indicators, load cells, cabling and replacement parts.

Why BULLTECN

The right weight is what keeps the ration and the cost under control

We take care of the physical layer that supports feedlot management: the scale, the installation and the maintenance that make sure the number in the system is the real number.

Compatible with the mixers used in the region

We work with the equipment regardless of who manufactured your mixer.

We service any feedlot

Calibration and field service even on equipment that was not purchased from us.

Experience with the FarmTell platform

We work routinely in feedlots running FarmTell, by dsm-firmenich, installing and maintaining the physical layer of the system.

IP68-rated equipment

Industrial protection against water and dust, with an aluminum finish — built for feedlot routine.

Your mixer scale drifts and nobody notices

Scale drift does not lock up, beep or turn on a warning light — the scale simply starts weighing wrong. And because the ration is formulated on that weight, the error spreads from the feed mill all the way to the bunk, contaminating your reports and your cost of gain.

FAQ

What the field asks us

Does BULLTECN service feedlots that did not buy the equipment from you?

Yes. We provide calibration, installation and field service for feedlots across Brazil, regardless of where the equipment was purchased. In Paraguay we currently supply equipment only.

Does the equipment work on any TMR mixer?

Yes. We work with equipment compatible with the feed mixer wagons used in feedlots, regardless of the mixer manufacturer.

What is the CAL factor on a mixer scale?

CAL is the calibration factor stored in the scale indicator. To adjust it, place a known reference weight in the mixer and apply the formula:

new CAL = (known weight × current CAL) ÷ weight shown on the display

Before that, the setup must be configured with the weight unit, the display increment and the maximum mixer capacity.

What are the signs that a mixer scale needs calibration?

Weight that does not return to zero after unloading, a reading that drifts while the mixer is stopped, a gap between what the system called for and what was actually loaded, disagreement with the truck scale, and recurring ingredient shortfall or leftover at the end of the day.
